Living with LPSVS (long post-COVID vaccination syndrome)

Posted by sandtoes @sandtoes, Jan 11, 2024

Has anyone experienced long-covid symptoms from the vaccines. I have been searching for 10 months now for the cause of my severe fatigue. I have been sent to an ENT, a cardiologist, a hematologist and undergone so many tests/scans. My doc told me a few days ago that he is stumped. No idea. Come back in a month. I pace myself to get through a day. Is this LPCVS? Is there something to do besides pace oneself? Should I ever get another covid vaccine?

@tik Yes, the vaccine causes LC. In my case from my first Moderna Booster after the typical first 2 Moderna vaccinations. Some medical professionals refer to it as Vax Injury. Read enough and you will find many mentioning it. At Mayo I asked "Am I crazy to think I got LC from the vaccine?", and the response I got from several is "we've heard that from others too".

My nephew had covid that nearly killed him. He has had to have physical therapy for a year. He never had a shot till after his ordeal. He's not had a problem since. He turned 56 recently.

Yes, I believe I got LC from the vaccine. My husband did not get the vaccine. He got covid, got over it with no lasting affects. I am in my third year of LC.I call myself the walking dead that is what
I feel like every single day!

Yep,...the responses I have viewed on several different sites implicate, primarily, the Moderna vac. Your history duplicates not only my own, (3yrs. L.C. after 2 Moderna vacs, and 3 episodes of Covid), but, so many others.
It will be life-changing if this scourge can be cured.

Yes I think the vaccine opened the door for Covid. 7 months after the vaccine I got Covid. that was Nov. 2022 and now I have Long Covid. I will never get another vaccine.

I totally agree. Covid is a, 'gain of function', lab-creation. It is SO designed to resist any cure. Consequently, Big Pharma wins,.... and, those of us with L.C. lose.

When my wife got the second Moderna vaccine, she almost fainted and couldn't drive our car. I got the shot at the same time, but I felt nothing and drove us home. My wife has had long covid ever since.

I was neurogolically injured by the bivalent Moderna booster in October of 2022. It seems nobody in medicine wants to acknowledge this as a possiblility. I have sensory and motor neuropathy, dizziness and have gone from a high functioning high peforming person do non functional. I've been to the FB groups and React 19. I've tried FLCCC. None of that really has helped. Is there anyone in medicine even trying to do anything about this for anyone? How about you Mayo?

It appears no one wants to listen, so we must be the voice. Crap, I can barely talk anymore.

That's a new classification for LC that I haver not heard before. I began experiencing LC symptoms in November '21 after my first (and last) Moderna booster. I have been to Mayo and followed their program. When I posed the "am I crazy to think that my LC was caused by the booster" question, medical professionals at Mayo all responded "we have heard that before". So while there is no proved cause and effect, we are not alone. I feel better, not 100%, but better. You are not crazy and not alone. I have only tested positive twice for COVID, both cases being 'bad cold like' and both at least 6 months after my booster. My symptoms were PEM, Exercise Intolerance, Brain Fog, and a head sensation kind of like dizzy and light headed (but at no time have I fallen or really felt like I was going to fall).

I have fallen 4 times and caught myself on kitchen counter resulting in bruising on left elbow. I am 80 yrs old and thought I was in pretty good health back in 2021.

I am SO very sorry that this vile situation has afflicted you. Yep, I TOO, can fully relate to the dizziness, loss of being an active, healthy, 'high-functioning' individual. Fatigue is NOW my constant BFF.
Weakness, thirst, brain-fog, etc. etc., are among a plethora of afflictions attributable more than simply Covid.. Yes, have had it three times, BUT, these L.C. issues arose after having had the Moderna vacs, twice. Color me cynical, but, I believe Big Pharma, poor testing trials, and remanent vac proteins are also, possible culprits. Covid is a, 'gain-of-function' creation designed to resist any cure. Current science, (vacs), can't compete with it.

I have had several issues since getting my 1st 2 covid vaccines but the worst was in Aug 2023. Within 36hrs of getting the Pfizer vax, both knees were swollen and painful. I have been unsuccessfully dealing with this and bouts of lethargy ever since. Docs seem to be clueless as to how to proceed. Ortho wants to replace knees. Seems drastic.

Regarding my nephew the picture above is incomplete. He had the first round of COVID. There were no vaccines at the time. He has had Pfizer vaccines ever since and been well.
My husband and I take the Pfizer shot. I did not get the shot till after I was incubating COVID. I sat near a lady at church who came down with COVID the next day. Later I reported my LC/Afib as a vaccine injury, but the group said vaccine injuries occur within 2 days 3 at the most, not nearly 2 months.
