Liver Donor Kidney - what happens to the Adrenal Glands

Would appreciate if anyone who has had a Live kidney donor transplant - would know if the Adrenal Gland of Donor was part of the transplant. Thanks

Yes still on 5mg of Prednisone after 3.5 years... I thought that was normal ... yes/no ? PKD on native yes.
