@cher51

Wouldn’t a long Poise pad work as well?

Thank you for the info. I am going to try the Aquaphor 1%.

I have used the Aquaphor on top of the clobetasol ointment when I have a flair up and it really works!
Then I back off on the Clobetasol 2 x per week and keep using the Aquaphor daily around the anal area.
Seems to help

@quizski I know these discussions can be confusing, especially when you are new. Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. There are lots of members here and if you want to ask one person a question, you will need to put their pseudonym in front of the question, just like I put yours, so you would know the answer is for you. I think you were asking @tonyiarobinson. Maybe you can try again!

Speaking from experience with the disease and Lazer treatments, I had three sessions about 6-8 weeks apart. I was symptom free for almost 6 years. Slowly, the disease is easing back into my life but there's new treatments available according to my Gyno.
