I've Lost My Heart But Not My Self Control

That is Nietzsche by the way.
I have been trying for days now to post something, but for some reason my computer "locks" up and I end up closing out of this site. So instead I am sharing with you an article, my first one, that is now published on Medium.
As you can imagine, my grief over this entire situation is huge. I recently spoke to someone at the Mayo Clinic and posed a most rhetorical question, "is it possible to have too much humility?" I suppose I might be guilty of trying to be as humble as possible so that I could be a champion to others. Admittedly, I now need one.
Thank you very much.

@frances007 Beautifully written, Fran! I could just feel your heartache at having to step back. But you know that it’s the best decision for both of you. Just let the ‘powers that be’ come in and help her now.
What can you do for yourself to make this transition easier?
