Is a troponin test high at 188 with HCM

Hi went to the cardiologist had blood work done and my blood test results came back on a Troponin of 188 Dr didn't seemed to be concerned has anyone ever had high results in this test with HCM thanks for any answers..

It goes up And down for what reason not sure, just had a ICD put in a week ago.
I am waiting on a referral from my cardiologist so I can make a appointment in March at Mayo Clinic.
After a failed Myectomy and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy side effects coming back three months after surgery was not what I expected.
I have been fighting with this awful
disease I have been on most of all of the cardio medication and the side effects are worse than the disease itself for me anyway each person has there own story .
I hope the second time around will be better .
