Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

Posted by redladyjoni @redladyjoni, Nov 26, 2018

I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

Hello @cheryl44, Welcome to Connect. Earlier in this discussion @jesussaves1 shared being helped with similar symptoms using the candida cleanse diet - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/230949/. Mayo Clinic has some information about the candida cleanse here:

Mayo Clinic Consumer Health – What is a candida cleanse diet and what does it do?

Have you tried any diet or lifestyle changes to see if they help?

You need to read all the previous posts.
I have found that DIETARY MINERAL SUPPLIMENTS actually stop the vibrations for a few hours and do not drug your body. In Jan I was diagnosed with low sodium. I am not a salt lover and w the quarantine stopped eating out at all. I never cook with salt. Decided I needed to raise my intake w/o the taste & then's when I looked for sports mineral supplements. I take a capsule at 10AM and 10 PM. Only two/day so I don;t OD on Vit A, D Potassium or manganese,. Mine get so bad I lose fine motor control in my hands, NO visible tremors, but heavy internal vibration.

Hi
I’ve had this often my whole life
It started with my heart and all test show nothing wrong thank God but then what causes this!!
In 2019 my muscles started spasms and had to go on muscles relaxer
Now I have internal vibrations all over my body and tremors severe
I fell last August 2020 and each week I got worse with more unknown symptoms
The only thing that’s been found is genetic tremors
But I can only be upright for 30 minutes at a time and the vibrations and tremors get like I can’t hold myself up
I’m in severe pain also but no one looks at my muscles except blood test said no muscle disease
The neurologist I went to told my caregiver also acted like I wasn’t in the room and said nothing she can do it’s genetic except cut her head off and go to Walmart to get a new one (I was pissed my caregiver said he was trying to make a joke and I said how would you have felt if he had said that to you, beside it’s not my head it’s my gene that have it, grrrrrrrrr)
I also am hypermobile (not EDS) and am in a lot of pain every day
So was wondering if you are hypermobile ?

Anyhow for your sake I want to tell you it’s not in your head that I myself have this and it’s in our bodies, so hugs to you and hope you get some answers !!!

Hello. I am 22 years old Asian girl. I just had my first covid-19 vaccination on Tuesday and then got in internal vibration on Friday after I ate pizza. Idk either it is because vaccine or pizza. After a weeks, that vibration is gone but I felt something weird sensations
going on in my body. I felt shaking inside my body especially when I am nervous. I felt something moving in my stomach along with tingling and shaking sensation inside of my leg. After my stomach stop moving, it feels like I was in motorcycle and just a sudden break🤣 and also felt that back on my head is throbbing. Can someone tell me what is going on with my body? It’s because it was so hard for me to go out as Covid-19’s cases is very high in my place.

Poor Baby. You are the 1st on this site to link the Covid vaccine with vibrations. I have no idea if they are linked. I wonder if anyone has had the vibration without having had the vaccine? I had my 2 Moderna shots in Feb and March but did not start the vibrations until early this month (July). They start in my feet and move up, and yes, stress does seem to exacerbate them. Sometimes I have no fine motor control in my hands. I have found that sports electrolytes and minerals supplements alleviate them for for a few hours. Do you also have tinnitus (ear ringing)? Many of us do. Mine stated when I was ~17 (Yrs ago) so cannot be linked, tho it is getting louder. Rx meds don't help and some have dreadful side effects. Try the mineral supplements. I hope they help. Good Luck. One lady on Connect said hers stop for weeks and/or months then start again.

Hi Hana, it is quite possible that your internal vibrations are linked to food or some cause other than the COVID vaccine. Whatever the cause, it sounds like you should see a medical professional to rule out something serious.

Have you talked to your doctor? Have the symptoms stopped now?

After that internal vibration & faster heartbeat, I go to the hospital and the doctor said that my heart and lung is in good condition and he said that I have anxiety. I am not sure whether it is anxiety or vaccine. I am so stress right now

Medical professionals have NO Idea what is causing these vibrations. Read some of the other posts - they Rx some highly toxic stuff like Lyrica just to CYA. Hana linking it to the Covid vaccine is more logical and likely than anything else.
