Insomnia
I’m wondering if anyone has tips for the insomnia that can come with the Big 3. I’m finding that it’s getting worse the longer I’m on the meds.

Melatonin and Unisom. Was advised from the night shift nurses who must sleep during daytime hours.
Thanks! Do you take them both every night, or space them out? And what dose of melatonin?
I take Unisom a few nights a week, but just take half because I'm too tired next day otherwise. I'm not on big 3, just wake up middle of night.
I got a script from my doc. For a sleeping pill. I take half a pill a few times a week. Then I can get an ok night. Hard enough to be fatigued from Mac and BE. I don’t need not to sleep on top of that.
I am on the antibiotics, and I am so fatigued and also have trouble sleeping. Can I ask what sleeping pill you were prescribed, and does it work? I go to my primary doctor next week and want to ask for something to help me sleep through the night.
Thanks!
If I didn’t take something to sleep, I would never sleep. Natural sleep remedies with valerian root, melatonin or 1/2 an Ambien
Ziplicone. Works great. Half a blue pill. You do get used to them so I usually take for 2 days. Miss a day or two. Then take.
Helps you go to sleep and I usually get at least 6 or 7 hours.
That’s exactly my problem!
Lunesta works well for me.
