i have struggled with an undiagnosed swaying dizziness for months
hello all. I'll start by saying I've seen 2 primary doctors, 2 therapists, 2 chiropractors, and an ENT. none of these relieve my swaying dizziness whatsoever. I was told it was anxiety but the 2 different medications I took worsened my symptoms, even after days of stopping. I have a few new appointments, but I wonder if anyone has struggled with this or knows someone. I'm looking to recover as soon as possible. I am a 21-year-old male that had to file for unemployment due to this illness. I've had this since October of 2022. for a full description I attached two files. one short explanation and backstory another longer version as well. thank you.

I was diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder.
It has given me a host of problems. One is a terrible gait that requires me to have to use a cane or walker.
Have you seen a licensed Physical Therapist who specializes in dizziness due to “ear crystals”?
I am in my 70’s and that’s my next step. Mine comes and goes sporadically.
Because of my age I had a brain and neck CT scan with dye - no tumors, no blockage in major arteries, etc. So if it continues I guess my next route is the PT.
However I have lots of neck problems, started with an accident and I really wonder if my neck issues aren’t the cause.
Have you got a blood test done?
Have you considered maybe seeing a neurologist? Have you been thoroughly worked up with diagnostic exams ie CT scans, etc. Perhaps seeking care at a large medical facility ie mayo, Cleveland Clinic, John Hopkins etc
