I watched this last night. I had not eaten at all yesterday, and I still have not eaten. This is a long video, but the science behind what she is saying makes sense. I woke up feeling pretty good this morning...I figure it is worth a shot to try anyway,

I do 18 hour fasts routinely but sometime throw in a couple of 16 hour fasting days for when I want to eat out with family. You might find this related discussion helpful also.

Before I learned about intermittent fasting none of my doctors ever mentioned the metabolic syndrome they just kept telling me I was in the pre-diabetes category.
