I am seeking any information or input about healthcare for an 18-year-old.Not through department of health and human services.
She needs insurance for a mental health professional she is needing a therapist and doctor.

You might try the FindHelp website, https://www.findhelp.org/ . It is a resource directory that helps people find and connect to social services in their area. Services include low-cost, no-cost health care services in the US, and more. Try searching " Health Insurance" and your Zip code.

Another site you can search is the government Health Insurance Marketplace
