@rohit0789 it sounds like you are suffering from anxiety or panic attacks. Perhaps you could try diaphragmatic breathing to ease anxiety …?

@rashida my pain is constant every second like heaviness and pressure on my chest this pain started after stressful period
Have you had a stress test where they put you on the treadmill with monitors all over you to monitor your heart, blood pressure and so.
I wish you the very best

See a cardiologist specialized in HCOM (Hyperthropic Obstructive Cardiomiopathy) who can order for you a full scan of your heart (Ecocardiogram).
You could stand a full body workup with simple tests initially to rule out some common problems. A C-reactive protein (CRP) test will reveal if you have systemic inflammation. You may have a low-grade infection and pericarditis. Or issues with your lungs. An MRI might help with those. I'm not an expert in any of this, and not medically trained, but my point is that you may need more than just a ten minute consult with a general practitioner.

1 Reaction@rohit0789 have you been referred to a cardiologist? If so, has the cardiologist done any tests like a stress test, echocardiogram, etc.?
The cardiologists at Cleveland Clinic, and others, cautiously yet seriously advise M.I.-Prone individuals to know the symptoms of “Silent Heart Attacks” which account or more than 18% of heart damage and death. While it is true that some victims feel no symptoms from a Silent M.I., it’s after recovery that their memories recall something “wrong” in hindsight. Perhaps that nagging but bearable sore back; the dismissed indigestion, chest pressure that doesn’t abate after eating or lying down for awhile. Whether major or minor, these infarctions are our hearts reminders that they are not getting enough blood and often. Cleveland Clinic will even let a worried target speak with a qualification nurse before heading to the ER (Talk to a Nurse: 866-289-6911). And put away your credit card). Emails are accepted but a reply may a couple days: heartcenter@ccf.org/. You are asked to provide your name, phone number, city, state and brief reason for your email.
