Welcome to Mayo Connect @marie1956. You've come to Mayo Connect to share and learn from others I presume by your post? You list so many different and serious conditions...are they all yours? Do you have a specific questions you want to ask, or something in particular you wish to know, or are you looking for others with some of your many health conditions?

I'd like to invite @jakegeorge823 , @vivian88, and @Sensation who have discussed apical aneurysm on Connect as well and may be able to offer some of their experiences and how they proceeded as well.

There is also a discussion dedicated to the "Watchman Procedure" - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/watchman-procedure-3/.

@marie1956, do you have any particular concerns about the Watchman that you wondering about?
