Hypertension up

Hello, for three months or so, my blood pressure is controlled, with morning BP readings of 120/80 or lower. Since my episode two days ago, I have had morning bp readings of 134/83. There readings are taken 15 to 30 minutes after I take my bp, heart medicines ( I am on maintenance. Is this something I need to worry about? Or, is part of normal fluctuation. I take my blood pressure every day to be able to not if there is a trend that my BP is uncontrolled. My heart rate BPM is 76. I am afraid to proceed with my usual morning exercise as I am afraid that my bp will shoot up. Thank you all
