Welcome @johns92118, Sorry to hear you are dealing with multiple conditions due to agent orange exposure. I'm also a Vietnam veteran but fortunately had no exposure. There may possibly be a connection or link but the one I've seen listed by the VA is birth defects for women Vietnam veterans (Hydrocephalus due to aqueductal stenosis) – Vietnam Veterans: Is Your Medical Condition on the Agent Orange Presumptive List?: https://vaclaimsinsider.com/agent-orange-presumptive-list/.

I did find another reference but it's also related to birth defects:
"In Vietnam, the Vietnamese Red Cross also associates the following with exposure to dioxin: liver cancer; lipid metabolism disorder; reproductive abnormalities and congenital deformities such as cleft lip, cleft palate, club foot, hydrocephalus, neural tube defects, fused digits, muscle malformations and paralysis; and some developmental disabilities."

I'm not sure if you have already seen this but it might provide some answers for you.
