Hydroxyurea and increased absolute immature granulocytes

I started 500 mg Hydroxyurea daily three weeks ago. Today my CBC showed an increase of absolute immature granulocytes from 0.01 10*3/uL to 0.03 10*3/uL. Has anyone had this happen?
