How join support group ?

Can I join the Chronic Kidney Disease Support group ? If so , how do I go about doing so. Thanks for any info. Ed Lattimer

i WENT UP TO STAGE 4 A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. So how do I keep from getting worse ?

Frequent appointments with your nephrologist, eating a kidney friendly diet only! Walking for exercise and maybe light weights. Drinking water.
It’s not the easiest but it gets easier with time and it’s absolutely essential for your wellness

As you sort through discussions within a support group, no doubt you're going to find something you want to comment on, or reply to. Click on the "reply" icon and a "comment" window will open. You can then type in what you want to say. Click on the "reply" icon to the lower right of your comment, and it will be posted to the group.
