1 Reactioni WENT UP TO STAGE 4 A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. So how do I keep from getting worse ?
Frequent appointments with your nephrologist, eating a kidney friendly diet only! Walking for exercise and maybe light weights. Drinking water.
It’s not the easiest but it gets easier with time and it’s absolutely essential for your wellness
