How about a laugh, (hopefully)
I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.
Have a lovely day everyone,
Jake

Reminds me of my favorite MS joke. I've had it for 28 years...
A person with MS walks into a bar....and a table...and a wall...
3 of the hardest things for people to say:
1. "I was wrong."
2. "I need help."
3. "Worcestershire sauce."
I once had MS.
But I went and got a MAC, and now I'm a lot happier.
There were 4 Wise Men not 3; the 4th brought a fruitcake & he was asked to leave

Was that fourth man really a wise man?
Or a wise guy?
Watch out for the Langoliers!
I was going to tell you not to mourn Johnny's death, but that was before I learned how to correctly spell Robert De Niro's last name.
Never mind.
