I got the hormone pellet and had a horrible reaction. Not only has my heart been racing but I also have chronic hives. Hoping after the four months my hives go away & hormones get back to normal and my chest doesn’t feel heavy. Has anyone got chronic hives and how long does it take for the pellet to dissolve?
Hi, I had three pellets inserted 5/9//25 and today Monday the 12th my apple watch is going crazy with heart rate alerts as high as 137. I have drank plenty of water, no exercise as directed by doctor. Any kind advice would be greatly appreciate it, what has worked for you.
I have this issue as well and I have been getting the pellets for 3 yrs. My resting heart rate is normally around 100-115 and my dr wanted to put me on beta blockers. I feel like the pellets have helped some, but they have also caused my rapid heart rate and my anxiety has gotten much worse. I hope you find some answers, I am looking for some myself.

You need EKG monitor (24 hrs) to rule out tachycardia/bradycardia.
I have both. My doctor suggested 25mg Atenol, a beta blocker. Take at night. Works great. No side effects at all. Good luck
Hello everyone,
I was on the hormone pellets for three years . I experienced tachycardia, anxiety, male pattern baldness, near syncope, high blood pressure , dizziness, fluid retention and high blood pressure . Initially, the side effects I had were fast heart and male pattern baldness.
I decided to stopped taking the pellets after I had near syncope, stroke like symptoms , bad anxiety and high blood pressure. I went to the ER had CT scam of the brain, blood work and everything came back normal. Two weeks later, I visited my primary care doctor and he repeated my hormone level. My testosterone was over 200 and my estrogen was also very high . No one wad able to help me . I suffered with those symptoms for almost 5 months,. I am on the estrogen patch,; it is not the same but I feel safer .
I am so sorry you went through all that !! Thank you for sharing it. Oh My Gosh - how are you now ? Did you find anything that has brought you relief ?
My youngest daughter went to Urgent Care because she was having pain and thought it was because she was constipated. Several tests and emergency test she had an emergency hysterectomy. She's 36 and I worry about early menopause.
