High Calcium, Lipa, C-reactive Protein scores
I am 71 years old, female, exercise 1-2 hours a day, eat a pretty good diet, and still my scores are high and as another person stated, feel like a walking-time-bomb. CT Scan 1500, Lipa & C-reactive out-of-sight. My cardio doctor doesn't say much other than watch my bloodwork every 3 months and prescribe a statin and aspirin. No issues with blood pressure or diabetes. I take CoQ10 and it is amazing for energy. Is anyone else in the same category and have any advice? Anyone into alternative medicine and have any natural ideas that don't include prescription drugs?
