I had extreme insomnia for so many years. I started using Delta 8 and later, under the advice of my doctors, got my certificate and started getting THC gummies from my local dispensary. I started sleeping so much better. Another important thing for me was audio books. I pick a book that lasts about 7 to 8 hours and play it all night. Now I sleep like a normal person after years of actually being afraid of going to bed because I knew worrying thoughts and watching the clock was in store for me.
Delta 8 is made from Hemp with very little THC but they make it in a way that greatly enhances the THC that is in it. I prefer THC from Marijuana that is regulated and made by professionals. You can Google all this. Delta 8 can be too weak or too strong and I was having trouble with that, therefore, I got my certificate and just use the real thing. I use them in gummy form. I only need 1/2 gummy for wonderful sleep.

I have had trouble falling asleep for years.
Now I take a Lorazapam & an antidepressant at around 6:00pm
and then Tylenol PM & a 10 mg Melatonin gummy at 9:00 or
10:00 when I go to bed, & then read for an hour or so.....which actually
seems to work almost every night. Don't know what other meds you take
but keep experimenting until you find what works for you as sleep is SO IMPORTANT.......

Thank you very much. Several years ago I treated Insomnia by doing Yoga almost every day and walking up to 10K also almost every day. Just a few days ago I had a stressful day which caused my sleep problem. Additionally drinking tart Cherry Juice helps as well. Hopefully I can treat again soon.

Melatonin doesn't work for me. I've tried several times at different doses. No need now since I found what works great for me.
