Has anyone had two aortic dissections?

In 2009 I Had my first aortic dissection which was a difficult time for me. I went back to work a job less strenuous but I kept continue to visit the hospital numerous times.Then 2024 I had another aortic dissection 10/2024 of which I'm recovering right now and this surgery was very brutal on my body.worst than the first one...

Yes, it's possible. I have Marfan Syndrome which is a connective tissue disease.
I dissected in 2012. I have many aneurysms and AAA.
also I have a decending dissection going from my ascending to my left illiac artery.

I currently have like 4-5 aneurysms that are at 4 cm
I hope I get to go under for repair b4 my next one blows.
