Hcm Worsening

I have been in Camzyos for 2 1/2 years. It removed the obstruction, which is great. But I think the hcm is getting worse. I am 79. After I eat or walk upstairs my heart races. Has anyone else experienced this? I take Metoprolol - sometimes on an as needed basis but always at bedtime.
