Has anyone with RLS found thqt discontinuing coffee and/or caffiene products improved syymtoms or been of any help in stopping RLS, I love coffee but am willing to give it up if i thought it was possbile to stop my RLS.

I have not heard that connection there are wonderful meds for that now have any helped u?

I have stopped all caffeine during my pregnancies and it didn't help me
