Has anyone heard of Flexileaf joint pain relief and is it any good?

Posted by cutshaw01 @cutshaw01, Dec 28, 2025

I just got some Flexileaf for my joints and I wondered if it was any good. Been on Relief Factor and it’s just not working!

@cutshaw01 It is important to look for "Red flags" when purchasing supplements through the Internet.
Here are the ones I identified:
First, only being available through a proprietary website. A really good product would be distributed as widely as possible.
Second, the quantities of the various ingredients are missing, and none of their ads show the ingredients label. You have NO IDEA what you are buying - the contents could be uuseless.
Third, "Nerve support complex" and "Joint comfort support" are not defined. These could be ingredients you should not use.
Fourth, HIGH price, $79 for 30 capsules, with markedly lower prices for more bottles.

Four red flags for me is a NO.

@sueinmn hi Sue, I forget who it was but you guys recommended Durable Joints for my joint pain. I talked to my doctor’s nurse about the product and she was very impressed! She is going to talk to my doctor tomorrow. I want to thank you guys for helping me. I hope this works out for me!! Thanks

@sueinmn thank you for your response. I had some of the same concerns. I will talk to my doctor. The commercial on facebook was great but that doesn’t mean a thing. I am so frustrated trying to find some relief. Having cirrhosis doesn’t help!

@cutshaw01

By process of elimination , which of these items can you safely take?

Can you take hyaluronic acid tablets which contain collagen?

What about Alpha lipoic acid or the R lipoic acid that has other B vitamins in it?

One helps with joint pain ((hyaluronic acid)
The other two are recommended for neuropathy.

@sueinmn I have a question, are nitrates safe to reduce blood pressure. Can they create kidney stones. I would like to be more natural but the nitrates concern me a little.

@cutshaw01 Yikes! That is WAY...
out of my realm. I don't know that I have ever heard of this. Where did you learn about it? After a little searching, I learned that it used to be used, but the body develops tolerance and dosages need to be adjusted constantly. Nitrates exist naturally in leafy green vegetables, celery and beets, but trials of these are not conclusive in providing long term management. Finally, the one frequently used nitrate is nitrglycerin for angina (heart pain) and I can tell you from personal experience that it has the side effect of monstrous headaches.
I found one study that concluded the evidence wasn't strong for jumping into using nitrates for BP control for most people

@sueinmn thank you very much. I take a couple of pills for blood pressure and someone suggested super beets. I was just wondering. My blood pressure is under control but someone said the natural way might be better. Thanks for your help!

@cutshaw01 It MIGHT help. But you might get just as much help from leafy greens and actual beets for a lot less money, and you get the benefits of all the other vitamins and minerals plus fiber.

@cutshaw01 depending on what type of blood pressure problem you have and other conditions you may have effected by BP. I have familial hypertension and even in my 30’s when I was 120lbs my BP was high. I’ve been on the Lisinopril for hypertension since that time. If you’re taking a pill or pills that contain a diuretic stopping that may cause you more harm than benefit. Check with your docs first. I agree it’s a good idea but do it safely.
