@cutshaw01 depending on what type of blood pressure problem you have and other conditions you may have effected by BP. I have familial hypertension and even in my 30’s when I was 120lbs my BP was high. I’ve been on the Lisinopril for hypertension since that time. If you’re taking a pill or pills that contain a diuretic stopping that may cause you more harm than benefit. Check with your docs first. I agree it’s a good idea but do it safely.
