Does anyone have vaginal neuropathy?

I am 63. Type 2 diabetic. I haven't had a diagnosis given. I noticed over the last 5 years that when I injected myself in the abdomen on my left side area that I wouldn't feel the needle very much but one inch over it would be very painful. I also want to add that I suffered from low back pain and sciatica over 20 years which is mostly resolved. During the most painful times, I lost feeling in my toes and bottom of my feet which is still a bit numb but about 98% better at this point. I also suffered a deep laceration on the same side of my inner lower leg that required over a dozen stitches about 40 years earlier. My current issue is I believe one of those (or all) incidences has caused me to not have as much feeling in the clitoral area and possibly inside during penetration. It takes hard stimulation of the clitoris. Strangely, I still get moist whether I feel anything or not during sex. Is that what vaginal neuropathy is? Thanks.
