Has anyone found a treatment that helps with peripheral neuropathy?
I suspect that everyone on this forum has been searching for a medication that helps their neuropathy and even though you no that all the internet claims are false we continue to waste hundreds of pounds. Desperation is a powerful force. Has any one been fortunate enough to find a genuine treatment. I just can’t believe that there are so many awful people who prey on our vulnerability and knowingly orchestrate such elaborate scams.

Just ordered it. Thank you.
Gabapentin makes me grouchy! Gaba works for me and is good for 2 or 3 hours of sleep, due to bathroom visit. Order from Amazon.
Has anyone tried Arialief?
I know most supplements are scams and I have no evidence to support this one but one can hope. The only proof must come from sufferers who have used it,so l am asking the question. Surely one day there will be a genuine treatment. Let’s hope.
Has anyone heard of nerve care.? Supposedly a treatment that fixes it all. I agree. I think it’s bogus because as you say, if the medical profession thought it was worth working, they would’ve be on it.
I have CIPN "chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy" in my legs for years, following the 3 large doses of cisplatin chemo that were needed to save my life from a stage 4 throat cancer. I have also lost my balance so I can't walk without a walker, and I can't walk very far even with a walker. I can't stand up without holding onto something, and I can't remain standing for more than a couple of minutes.
Recently I've gotten some relief from having a good professional massage of my legs. Will be doing this weekly and hoping for relief from discomfort.
Your response fits the only thing that has at least helped at all was every kind of physical movement from Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Accupuncture Therapy and every type of equipment that even helps passively like electrical stimulation, elliptical machine, treadmill etc
I posted this about what helps me.

Welcome @casiple, The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy has some videos on their YouTube channel. The video below is one from last year that talks some on your question. I shared my neuropathy journey in another discussion here - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/310341/.
Have you tried any complementary or alternative treatments for neuropathy?
I have tried that, didn't help me but I have tried hundreds of dollars of almost all supplements and cannot tell that any of them has helped me any at all, about ready to give up trying to find anything but I would certainly appreciate hearing from anyone that has found something that works, I don't have much pain just numbness in feet and burning, stinging in my legs
