What blood pressure medications don't cause hair loss?

I have had severe hair loss since taking Hypertension pills since 2019. Tried several types currently on Cardevilol since 2020. Cannot take Amlodepine as caused terrible constipation.

Hello @mariserodriguez and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Hair loss from medication can be complicated, as you know, because in most case, it requires going off the medication or finding a new one without that side effect. You said you have tried several medications so I wonder if have tried the one mentioned in this article?

@amandajro I was on bisoprolol for 3 months and was switched to dots lol which I’ve taken for the past 9 months. Hairdos has been gradual but now that it’s become quite noticeable I’m hoping to find a new way to regulate my heart rate and blood pressure. Thanks for your help. *Sorry for the typo- I mean sotalol.
