Nicotine patches: My doctor found a cyclical program of a week on for 12 hours a day, then a pause of a week, then start over again with week on then a pause until box is empty. 30 in my box of patches. Make sure the package has no other ingredients, just pure nicotine as it makes a difference. I put it right under my chin. That you felt more energy was actually good news.
