Eliquis and stomach issues

I can't be certain, and don't mean to be argumentative, but I doubt it's the apixaban that is making you have GERD and having belching bouts. It's something else. You may need an exchange of your gut biome, take probiotics, or change what you're eating, how your eating it, or when....but I haven't seen a post yet across fora where the person feels that Eliquis causes stomach upset. Other tolerance issues, yes, but this is a first.............for me.

Again, you know you best, and if your GERD and belching go away if you miss two doses of Eliquis, and you change nothing else about your eating/drinking habits and diet, maybe you're onto something. But I would need some strong evidence.
