Does anyone take Tryptyr?

I learned about these eye drops on this website! I contacted my optometrist and finally insurance approved them. Does anyone take them, what else do you take, and how do you like them?

I do a lot of things for my severe dry eye and ocular neuropathic pain, but the drops I currently take are Meibo, Xiidra, and autologous serum tears.

I am taking it twice daily. I have a neuro keratitis from surgery in my right eye. I have tried everything as it is not really dry eye. This has helped more than anything that you take daily. I’ve been taking this for close to one year. I also had a Oxervate treatment last year that helped as well. The issue with Oxervate is it was obscenely expensive, but my insurance covered it after some back and forth. It is a 8 weeks of 6 drops every 2 hours per day. Both are suppose to help with nerves. I was recently on the oral back pain medication gabapentin and I noticed that my eye felt normal. You might want to look into pain meds for treatment as well.
