Does a fecal transplant help cure Crohn's disease?

Hello, I am Essam. I have been suffering from Crohn's disease for three years, and the symptoms of the disease began to worsen because I stopped taking the medicine for financial reasons. My question is, does a fecal transplant help cure Crohn's disease?
