Do you know your Ankle Brachial Index?

I recently watched a very interesting but VERY long video posted on YouTube by Dr. Ford Brewer a few days ago on everything he has posted about arterial plaque and how important it is to be knowledgeable in this particular area especially if you have cardiopulmonary issues of which there are a whole host of. I will post the link to the video below as well as a link to the Mayo Clinic's web page on Ankle Brachial Index. From there everyone can post their comments and questions. I checked my Ankle Brachial Index yesterday and was relieved to calculate an Ankle Brachial Index score of 1.154.

In my opinion, probably ALL of us on this forum can tremendously benefit from understand the root causes of arterial plaque build up and adjusting our life styles and diets to reverse or at least mitigate this medical issue. Be sure to have a BIG pot of coffee and PLENTY of time to watch the entire video. I am about half way through it so far. I hope this helps as cardiovascular health is essential for all of us to obtain the best non-surgical outcome with respect to aortic aneurysms.
