diagnosis segmental arterial mediolysis with alpha 1 deficiency

sono italiano.
in giugno 2024 sono stao male con forti dolori a tutto l'addome e valori sangue alterati tra cui globuli bianchi. successivamente mi è stato diagnosticato dissezione aneurismatica della mesenterica superiore e del tripode celiaco e ectasie con stenosi della arteria epatica. la pet è negativa. valori del sangue attualmente sono negativi eccezione per emoglobina, ematocrito e globuli rossi leggeremente bassi, pcr normale.sono portatore di deficit di alfa 1 antitripsina in forma eterozigotica. qui non riescono a formulare una diagnosi anche se si sospetta la mediolisi arteriosa segmentale. avrei bisogno di informazioni e contatti anche per i medici che mi stanno seguendo qua in italia.
