I've had life saving success with ECT. It's been 6 yrs since my last major depressive episode. I did maintenance ECT afterwards for about 2 yrs and kept up with meds until about 2 yrs ago. Was feeling great. Started very low dose of meds 5 mos ago due to panic attacks. Now I'm starting to feel signs of depression again. Can I go back to ECT or will I have to wait since it's not severe? I was badly treatment resistant and by the time I did ETC after each episode I was at rock bottom and out of commission for months. I don't want to do that again. I can't stop my life and job for months on end,
