Chronic long term left sided sinus drainage and earache

I am having chronic long term sinus drainage and ear pain since about 2020 or 2021. I have been to multiple ENTs, Physicians, Dentists, Endodontists, Periodontists and Oral Surgeons over the years still no solution.

Symptoms I am having: Daily feeling of drainage on left side mostly clear but some faint yellow at times. pain that feels like it is where the Eustachian tube enters the throat. Ear pain. Pain in upper jaw bone or maxillary sinus (not sure). Pain from around bone behind ear down left side of neck towards shoulder. I also have pain around upper left canine tooth but it is not severe. When I do a nasal rinse with my head tilted over sink when I bring my head up I can feel a sensation in my maxillary sinus around where the implant is that feels like when in the shower and water hits a cut or scrape and it goes away quickly.

It started probably back around 2020 or 2021. After many visits I finally had #14 extracted and it cleared up August '22. As soon as an implant was placed for #14 in March '23 it started back and it was worse than before. This implant was placed into the sinus. Penicillin and Z-Pack were tried and no luck. In Sept '23 a CT scan revealed infection around #14 implant. In February '24 the implant was removed and replaced in June '24. In June '25 I went to the Endodontist because I felt like either #11 or #12 had an issue. He said #12 was cracked and I had it removed. Now I am wondering if it may have been #11 that may be causing this. The drainage started again and in July '25 #14 implant was again removed and has not been replaced. Since then I had an implant placed in #13 and it is close to the sinus and the drainage and ear pain has started again.

Recently I have been to an ENT who said to start using Flonase and that isn't helping. A dentist did a CBCT that showed the implant was close to the sinus. An oral surgeon said he doesn't see anything wrong.

I have an appointment next week for an allergy test that will include titanium.

I am considering another sinus CT and/or another trip back to the Endodontist.

6/17/25 Endodontist Mears diagnosed #12 was cracked and was removed
7/17/25 Implant #14 removed again
7/31/25 nasal rinse felt it in surgical site
8/1/25 coughing up a little yellow
