I am sort of in your situation now, only R side. My symptoms are a little different but started w sinus problems only on right. Eventually diagnosed as odontogenic sinusitis due to abscessed tooth after I developed a sinus tract to my hard palate. After 3 failed root canals and extraction #2 tooth I am actually worse. Low grade fevers, constant high pitched ringing R ear and now vertigo. Also bumpy growth on palate. After many docs I am suspecting actinomycosis. Waiting to see infectious disease specialist.
