Celiac Aneurysm dissolved

I was diagnosed with an aneurysm on my Celiac artery 6 years ago. Went to Shands in Jacksonville 18 months ago for a check up. A total of 3 different hospitals have confirmed there is one. I was recently on Winter Haven hospital and they did 2 CTs and were unable to see anything. In addition to the Celiac aneurysm 2 renal aneurysm s were found at Shands hospital. My Celiac was 1.3cm. It was time for a checkup and while at Winter Haven they decided to do the necessary CTs. Theirs came back with NO aneurysms at all. From my understanding aneurysms do not disappear. Has anyone ever had one just go away? I have attached the results from Shands. Thank tou
