Camzyos / mood swings or over-reacting?appreciate anyone's exp

Has anyone experienced mood swings or higher highs and lower lows emotionally after starting Camzyos or after dosage has been raised? I have felt so low usually in the mornings and so much more energized when feeling up. Not limited to that either. I'm over-reacting to things. All of this is out of character for me.

I did have ups and downs but im not so sure its camzyos?
I think it was just because so much had happened with my heart in such a short period if time! Then being told i had multiple exercise induced heart failures was hard to sink in!
For many years i went misdiagnosed by my Primary and local cardiologist when i would describe i felt like i had a hole in my heart and wasnt moving any blood while exercising they would blow it off as allergies, exercise induced asthma, or my age and different things!
I think anytime the heart has trouble it can lead to emotional highs and lows:)
But make sure you talk to your cardiologist and primary care about your symptoms

I'm just starting and currently on 2.5mg day 23, and I'm noticing I have been feeling really low and hard to snap out of it. I get this strong urge to cry starting about an hour after taking it. Also have felt really overwhelmed. This is not my usual self at all.
