Calcium score test

Had a calcium score test done came back 537. Stress test and echo shows blood flowing fine no blockages but from what I read 537 is high. My cardiologist said she's seen scores in the thousands with no blockages. Don't make sense to me. Cholesterol is in normal range all around an triglycerides in normal range. So I'm confused lol. Anyone else have thus issue?

When you say "cholesterol in normal range", what is that range? LDL, specifically?

Have you had a Lp(a) and ApoB test?

Total cholesterol 160 , LDL was 90. No didn't have either of those test.
