I have arthritus all over. I eat nonglutin, no dairy, no wheat. Drink almond milk every day. The night shades are toxic for me, so don't eat any of them. I eat lots of veggis & fruit, fish only meat. I use no drugs except for estrogen from Womens inerna., Pharmacy, No OTC. drugs. I exercise every day & usually take a short walk. I'm 92 yrs. old. Can't use my weights any longer as my left shoulder is not good. If I have any uncomfortable pain I use a castor oil hot pack for an hour. Isn't old age great ???

I shall tell you, and you can also just put it in search on your computer.
Get a bottlee of castor oil. Take a good sized piece of wool flannel. or if you order from Walmart on line they have the material & the oil on the same page. Soak the wool in the castor oil. Lay it on a bigger piece of plastic because castor oil will stain. Take your heating pad set as warm as you find comfortable, and place the oiled cloth on the area you wish to treat & cover with the heating pad. Tie with an ace badage if necessary unless you'll be lying on it. Treat for an hour to an hour & a half. and for or two more days if necessary. Wash the area treated with Dawn to remove the castor oil. You can use it over & over kept in a plastic bag & refresh at some future date.

Look into AlgaeCal. You can try AlgaeCal alone or the bone builder pack with Strontium. It's not cheap. There is also Ocean Essence. Again, not cheap but no side effects. Check the reviews on Google.

Has anybody here, who has osteoporosis, tried vibration therapy using low intensity or whole body vibrating platforms? If so, what has been your experience? Have they done any good?

@greensleeves I can’t stand any kind of vibration against my body! Just hate the sensation, so that kind of therapy definitely would be out for me!
