Doesn’t sound worrisome. I’m a 76 year old with the same number. If your creatinine is stable and there is no
protein in your urine should be normal for this age.
Blood pressure control and hydration are important for us.

1 ReactionThank you for your reply and your suggestion about drinking.
lots of water. I'm not yet at the volume you set, but I am
struggling with it. I discovered quite by accident an important
fact while looking for help in easing my problem with prosiasis.
Doctors seem to have difficulty with this condition, and I was
frustrated in trying to find a treatment. Previously, I was using
Corrizone cream, which helped stop the itching. I accidentally
ordered a bottle of ALOE VERA gel which, in desperation, I
applied to the peosiasis breakouts and "good surprise" it worked!
(some aloe products are ingested, so you have to get the one for skin.)
Thanks again for your interest, and maybe a psoriasis sufferer will
read this, JOHN CLICK

2 ReactionsAny number above 60 is normal. It is only, when it goes down below 60, you must talk to your Nephrologist and Urologist.
They may do bilateral or unilateral Interventional Radiologist to look at your CT SCAN results and figure out, how much of damage had occurred in your both or one kidney alone.
I have only one kidney that is alive. my e for went below
20 which put me in Chronic Kidney Disease stage III
& the next.stage would be my dialysis. Right now, I have bilateral tubes one on each side for two kidneys hanging out since 6/2026. Very very stressful man!
I want to die at age 75 now. But, its not up to me.
It is up to my dear God only.

Good luck. Low protein diet helps.

@vijay26 my husband had the nephrology tubes also, but the problem was his bladder. He died of metastatic protate cancer last year. The tubes did help him for two months, because they reduced the kidney damage, and they also helped relieve the pressure and pain he had. I know a man who has had them for over two years, and he is still working!
