Any number above 60 is normal. It is only, when it goes down below 60, you must talk to your Nephrologist and Urologist.
They may do bilateral or unilateral Interventional Radiologist to look at your CT SCAN results and figure out, how much of damage had occurred in your both or one kidney alone.

I have only one kidney that is alive. my e for went below
20 which put me in Chronic Kidney Disease stage III
& the next.stage would be my dialysis. Right now, I have bilateral tubes one on each side for two kidneys hanging out since 6/2026. Very very stressful man!

I want to die at age 75 now. But, its not up to me.
It is up to my dear God only.

@vijay26 my husband had the nephrology tubes also, but the problem was his bladder. He died of metastatic protate cancer last year. The tubes did help him for two months, because they reduced the kidney damage, and they also helped relieve the pressure and pain he had. I know a man who has had them for over two years, and he is still working!
