Has anyone looked into a class action law suit regarding Benzodiazepines?

Try to go to new doctors until you find one that will help you taper off the Klonopin. It is hard and you will have to expect that but the rewards are so great. Could take half a year or so to taper off but if you power through you’ll be free. I did it and I feel so much better. Try using exercise and meditation to get through the tough periods but know they WILL pass. It is really just a question of your determination in the end and hopefully a good doctor to help you.❤️

Not sure if you will even see this as this post was over a year old. You were absolutely correct! I developed serious central nervous system symptoms and decided my sleep doctor was a nut who didn't understand the medication he was prescribing. We actually had words about what it was doing to me. I decided to stop cold turkey, as it was already messing with me, and suffered withdrawal effects for a year, some still linger slightly. I learned more about Klonopin than any doctor and most pharmacists know. It's a terrible drug and most people on it are dependent, they just don't know it. This drug should never have been given to me. My sleep issues have also largely improved, not even sure why but a positive thing, lol. Hope you are well.

I’m just another sleep anxiety sufferer-after years I found that 2 tramadol, 1 or 2 THC gummies, and a half xanax works if I absolutely have to get up early for some unavoidable reason. Take it at 10, you’ll be rested with no drug hangover at 9 the next morning. Don’t quit too soon on this-your anxiety about not sleeping isn’t going to mellow out overnight-give it a month. Also try to make the world of early appointments and delay-able busy work adjust to what YOUR system wants. You can de-stress by making friends, family, and to do lists adjust to what may be your natural “owl” brain (as opposed to all the “larks” who are so programmed they think the world is really different at 8 am as opposed to 11 am. Sunrise is just sunset backwards:)
