Basel cell carcinoma removal under eye and flap rotation

I had bcc removed by mohs surgery and flap rotation. As soon as compression bandage came off my vision in right eye was ghosting. I should add I have +20 years of stable monovision. Now monovision is corrupted. I have 4mm distortion of lower lid. Anyone can help me?

@nspitz: I recall you'd had some post-op issues immediately after this Moh's surgery; sorry to hear some complications have persisted. In this situation, it's possible that the disortion you're experiencing is due to some scar irritation that may improve with time. Occasionally, conservative measures such as massage may be helpful - or perhaps a gel or similar type injection to treat any scar formation. Since you provided a detailed assessment of the distortion, I'm wondering if you've seen an ophthalmologist who may have suggested any next steps?
