Bad allergies but haven't found an allergy med I can use

I'm having terrible spring allergies that are going to get worse over the next two months. I'm using eye drops for the itching but when I take Zyrtec, Claritin or others like it I get nosebleeds that sometimes last more than half an hour. The last one scared me so much I almost went to the E.R. but it finally stopped.

I stopped taking these meds and no more nosebleeds but my allergies are awful. I've got an air purifier and change my clothes immediately when coming in from outside.

Anyone have any ideas of what else I might do to get through the allergy season?

He says that they are drying my sinuses too much and I'm already predisposed to nosebleeds (have had multiple cauteries). I did try using Neosporin to see if it would lubricate the inside of my nose and prevent bleeding but it hasn't worked.

The worst symptoms I'm getting is are a stuffy nose and lots of sneezing, though the itchy eyes were the worst and that can at least be controlled with eyedrops.

You could try a propolis cream in your nose. It is a very effective cream and might help the nose bleeds as long as you are not allergic to bees,
