Aphasia, migraines, TIAs

Posted by ephrum @ephrum, Dec 30, 2024

Long covid since Aug. 2022. Typical fatigue, weakness, joint and muscle pain. But now neurological problems intermittently. Ocular migraines are less frequent. Brief periods of aphasia are especially concerning. I have a history of TIAs, but they haven't caused lasting deficits. I am 87, but was functioning well physically, mentally and emotionally until thus hit. Anyone else experiencing these symptoms?

I've had significant increase in migraines since I got covid in 2020. However, I have not been able to tolerate preventative medication. It's very frustrating dealing with long covid and doctors not being able either to understand or to do anything. Take care of yourself.
