Aortic Aneurysm and Parkinsons

My husband, 69, was diagnosed with an AA almost 10 years ago. He follows it religiously and it hasn’t been growing. 7 years ago he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. He trains with a PD group 5 days a week. Everything was going well until 2 weeks ago. He had to stop working out because his BP dropped down to 85/58. A couple of days later he went back to the gym and it bottomed out again. So hes been changing drugs etc. He was told to stop taking his BP meds for 4 days. His BP shot up dangerously high 165/99. So he started up his BP meds again. Now his cardiologist wants him to stay on BP medicine only when his systolic number is over 110. I think that is very low to be taking BP meds. Anyone else have issues like his? Thank you in advance.
