Anyone have to wear a safe vest after heart attack?

I recently had a heart attack. I had two blockages one was 100% blocked. The other was 90% blocked so I had two stents put in.
When I was released from the hospital, I needed to wear what they call a safe vest ( wearable Defibrillator) I still have to wear it and it’s been three months now. I was wondering if anyone here had to wear one after their heart attack and what they thought about the whole device.
